Head - Marketing - REAL ESTATE
Job Description :
- Head the Entire marketing department of the Real-estate wing.
- Responsible for Implementation and Monitoring of Marketing Strategy specific to the region
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on customer acquisition & satisfaction.
- Coordinate media interest in the Organization and ensure regular contact with target media and appropriate response to media requests
- Understanding of the Real Estate Business, Build and handle a strong network of connections, Knowledge of competition, pricing, market trends, and CRM practices, Tech Savvy
- Responsible for editorial direction, design, production, and distribution of all Organization publications and marketing content both offline and online.
- Handling multiple channels of marketing, including online and digital & drive all channels of marketing end-to-end.
- Ensuring overall performance of product distribution efforts like budget management,
- Team/agency coordination and performance metrics
- Handling the Marketing team & managing their hiring, learning & development.
- Responsible for the Goal setting /KRAs for each member of the Marketing Team. Ensure monitoring of the same during the Performance Year.
- Responsible for Coaching / mentoring of the Marketing team on an ongoing basis. Also, responsible for ensuring that succession planning is identified at a regional and product level. Manage attrition levels in the region
- Responsible to Develop a strong agent network.
- Leads projects as assigned such as cause-related marketing and special events.
- Arrange business meetings with prospective Corporate clients.
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
- Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting client's objectives.
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
- Identify, Develop, Track / Monitor Metric on performance related to Sales Team, for the region and Individual, and Products
- Build data-based decision-making matrix
Key Requirements:
- Strong Networking, Interpersonal, Analytical, and Organizational
- Must be from the Real Estate Channel Partner background
- Strong Communication and negotiation skills
- Candidate must have at least 15+ years track record working experience in real estate industry and must be familiar with real estate sales & marketing
- Strong network connection with an international property consultant or from the Banking industry handling large loan or Real estate deals in Hyderabad
- Must be from Hyderabad to handling banking and or Real estate for the last 10
- He/ She must have thorough knowledge about RERA (Real Estate Regulatory Authority)
- He/ She should have strong record-keeping skills as per RERA.
