Business Outcomes :

- Take overall accountability for ensuring quality of all appraisals for all businesses within the set parameters of Non Starters (Early Delinquency)

- Manage overall portfolio by analysing the health of the portfolio on a regular basis on various risk parameters

- Highlight observations on the health of the portfolio to business and during various reviews and meetings like Zonal reviews, Directors reviews, RISK committee meetings, ALCO meetings etc. and ensure development of mitigation plans to control risks

- Take responsibility for vetting all Credit policies created by the RISK team and all Credit related policies created by Business and suggest corrective action in case of any deviations / disconnect

- Participate and share inputs for the annual business plan of SREI

Risk, Process & Compliance :

- Oversee process adherence, TAT improvement & adherence to all stipulated policies & guidelines associated with Credit for the organization

- Take overall accountability for assessment of all credit proposals cases as per the approved DOA, maintaining TAT and quality of portfolio

- Attending senior management level meetings on various business related agenda

- Ensure optimum intervention, deployment and integration of technology in all processes linked to credit for SREI BNP

People :

- Manage self and team through the establishment of goal setting and review mechanisms to achieve the objectives of the function

- Ensure effective career and succession planning for all positions in the department

- Ensure adequate training of team members to be able to handle market dynamics and meet the requirements of the customers

- Provide guidance, counselling and feedback to subordinates on their performance to ensure a motivated and committed team
