Qualification : ACA, MBA Finance

Role Objective :

- Be the guardian of organizational assets and establish systems for ensuring compliance and report risk with mitigation plans;

- To provide leadership in finance through world class process & systems, access low cost funds to support rapid growth, lead M&A strategy (incl. cultural integration) and drive cost to bench mark levels

- Be the chief spokes person as Investor relations head

- Financial structuring and integration to maximize benefits thru’ tax savings;
