We are hiring for a leading eCommerce company for their various leadership roles in sales and business development.

Looking for professionals with strong education background and who have done their MBA from tier1 colleges like IIM, XLRI, ISB, MDI, FMS, XIM, SIBM, JLBIMS, KJSIMR, GIM, NMIMS and so on.

Responsibilities:

- Support the establishment of long term relationships with leading brands and supporting the establishment of vendor agreements

- Support the execution of technical integration with suppliers and support projects to more efficiently source stock and assimilate vendor catalogs

- Assist the In-stock Management team in inventory management/ improvement activities

- Assist vendors to set-up promotions and merchandising activities and coordinate with the Site Merchandising team to execute these initiatives

- Participate in day-to-day back office operational aspects of the category, including gathering and addressing customer feedback & business improvement initiatives

- Develop knowledge of supply/ demand trends and success drivers in the automotive industry, be an ambassador within the automotive industry and continuously support the enhancement of position.

- Manage the India based EU Imports vendor management team, and all instock related activities for the whole EU imports vendor base.

- Support the sourcing strategy (direct or indirect supply, priority brands and selection) across various categories.

- Increase selection available for customers of EU's websites by identifying new manufacturers and distributors across the EU and support the establishment of long term relationships with these vendors.

- Assist the Luxembourg based team in improvement activities.

- Coordinate with all local category teams the implementation of EU23 initiatives and continuously work to improve their effectiveness and the internal customer experience.

- Build internal and external metric reports to drive EU Imports performance.

Basic Qualifications:

- Proven analytical thinking, project management skills, attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills are essential.

- Strong business judgment with a track record of successfully supporting negotiations and overall relationship management.

- 4+ years of management experience.

- MBA from a premier Indian or international business school.

- Ability to think strategically and tactically.

- Tenacity to develop ideas independently and thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment is essential for success.

- Ability to prioritize in an ambiguous environment.

- 3+ years of consulting / product management experience.

- Strong business judgment.

- Technical background.

- Candidate must be fluent in English.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Previous experience in Retail or FMCG.

- Additional European languages.

- Experience in SQL will be a plus.
