Sr Role - Regional Automation - FMCG

Our prestigious client is a huge global name in consumer/ pharma and healthcare services. Currently we are on the lookout for a sr level position in regional automation to be based out of asia pacific--the location could be india/ china/ malaysia or thailand.

- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required. An MBA is preferred

- At least 12-15 years of experience in Engineering especially electronics, process automation, controls, MES and scada.

- High Ethical value and Credo Based

- Outstanding Communication and Interpersonal Skill at all levels of the organization, including Sr. Management, Peer group, Team and Shop Floor Associates.

- Demonstrated Strong Collaborative leadership

- Strong Knowledge on Financials Business processes and Budgeting

- Process Excellence skills & experience

- Strong Strategic Thinking, Analytical, Teaming & Influence skills. Ability to sell ideas and gain support to implement

- Results Driven and able to work independently to deliver.

- Self-starter/Result Orientated / Entrepreneurial

- Conflicts Management/Decision Making / Problem Solving skills

- Solid Engineering technical and leadership background

- Specific experience in managing engineering teams

- Business / SC / Operations expertise

- Process Development and Deployment

- Portfolio and Project management

- Technology Platform leadership preferred

- Experience building and resourcing new business units

- Ability to work in a highly matrixed environment

- Excellent communication skills

The position will be measured primarily on:

- 100% compliance to Governmental, EHS&S and quality regulations

- 100% achievements of project targets

- 100% of FPX implement for key projects

- Over 99.5% Normal running for Utility/Facility system

- Plant Equipment OEE support

- 2% spare parts procurement cost reduction

- % New capital investment meeting Global standard

- Step change ideas on automation leading to quantum shifts in savings and reliability
