Looking for a Energy Management - Smart Analytics SME to support my client's BI solutions in the context of strategic decision support to senior business partners by collaborating within the organization and with its Alliance Partners.

Responsibilities:

Growth / Business Development:

- Lead efforts in building the overall client relationship in existing accounts including relevant pre-sales activities, qualifying projects, understanding requirements, delivering presentations and proposals and closing new business

- Undertake campaigns to strengthen the presence and awareness of Analytics focused on senior management audiences of global clients

- Initiate, manage and build new and existing client relationships and apply these relationships to identify incremental business opportunities

- Identify and position opportunities outside scope of current engagement

- Own strategic customer RFI / RFP specifically around large deals by actively collaborating with Wincenter team

- Provide solution, strategy, review of estimates and project time lines around customer RFP’s to the Wincenter team, and also participate in deal review and orals presentation.

- Market Energy Management & Sustainability solutions to customers by anchoring visits and by actively collaborating.

- Create product and solution oriented sales presentations and collateral and provide strategic sales support during sales ventures to capture new accounts, strengthen and expand installed base.

Innovation:

- Liaise with Alliance Partners in building innovative Energy Management, Sustainability and Carbon solutions and GTM strategy

- Identify business use cases as an Industry SME in building solutions in collaboration with CoE and Alliance

- Lead the effort of taking the solutions/ selling to customers both internal & external.

- Lead advisory engagements as Energy Management SME, by understanding energy policies, risk and audit requirements and business processes.

- Market the solutions by delivering webcast and other similar campaigns.

- Build / Develop POC, white papers and POV around Industry Business Solutions.

- Provide Business consulting as an Industry SME for customers.

- Ideate, conceptualize and develop new value proposition & service offerings for Energy Management based on active collaboration with customers there by creating a name brand for BIM E&U

- Identify new product/service opportunities and bring them to market through creativity and Entrepreneurial vision.

- Build end to end solutions & delivery model around energy management by actively collaborating with BPM & BPO organizations

- Provide leadership to create roadmap, business process and strategy for business intelligence applications to perform SaaS based business ‘Big Data’ analytics for energy management.

- Develop market requirements, business cases and user stories for the development of new smart analytics solutions by involving cross-functional teams and senior management.

Delivery Enablement:

- Direct & Manage delivery of strategic programs/ projects; ensure projects are completed at or ahead of schedule, costs are managed to budget, and customer expectations are exceeded

- Identify, define, develop and implement BIM, BPM & BPO delivery model to improve engagement productivity, increase efficiency, mitigate risk, resolve issues and achieve cost savings for the clients

- Provide leadership and direction to delivery teams

- Complete annual performance reviews and informal/formal performance review processes and relevant feedback as needed
