A Leading Global IT and Financial Consulting firm.

Position: Sr Research Analyst

Location : Noida ,Delhi/Ncr

Job requirements:

- Understanding of the global financial reporting practices – US GAAP / IFRS

- Ability to interpret company financial statement and its notes to accounts

- Understanding of GAAP vs. Non-GAAP financial data

- Exposure to financial modeling concepts across different sectors

- Prepare detailed financial models

- Forecasting of financials based on industry operating drivers

- Detailed forecasting for all the three statements and interlinking the same

- Company valuations using DCF technique, Relative valuation and SOTP

We are looking for these keywords

- Financial modeling

- Consensus modeling

- Consensus estimates

- Broker models

- Sell-side models

- Consensus forecasts

- Earnings models

- Capable of reading and interpreting the financial models already created

- Identifying operating drivers

- Understanding the adjustments for non-cash/non-recurring items at different levels within the financial statement

- Linking across multiple sheets

- Understanding financial ratios and key performance factors

- Exceptional MS Office skills, particularly MS Excel

- Should be able to look at a model critically from audit standpoint

- Attention to detail making sure that all the documents are client ready with minimal supervision

- Experience of working with and managing overseas client accounts

- Academic qualifications should be throughout first class or equivalent

- Creative problem-solving ability

- Excellent analytical ability

- Good communication skills

- Team player

- Ability to work in a constantly evolving high paced work environment
