Responsibilities

- Build awesome customer service products for the largest enterprises in the world

- Interact with customers and prospects to define market requirements, and translate these requirements into product requirements that the engineering team can deliver within specification, on time, and within budget.

- Work closely with various stakeholders including other Product Managers, Data Sciences, Client Services, Sales, Marketing, and User Experience teams to define new product features and initiatives

- Own the Product Roadmap for key products and solutions in the portfolio

- Specify market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to customers and prospects

- Work closely with User Experience teams to envision and create the next generation of user interfaces for customer service

- Collaborate with Engineering to prioritize, execute and launch key products and solutions

- Create and deliver sales training for the direct sales force

- Perform market research and competitive analysis

- Develop and implement a company-wide go-to-market plan, working with all departments to execute.

- Analyze potential partner relationships for the product

Requirements

- The successful candidate will be an ambitious, self-starter with a passion for leveraging predictive data analytics to drive market-leading customer service results for our clients and their end users

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field

- 3+ years of product management experience with overall industry experience of 8+ years

- Familiarity with big data technologies (e.g., MapReduce, distributed data stores, data warehousing, data mining)

- Strong understanding of enterprise management solutions, customer service applications, predictive analytics, or related fields

- Strong analytic and strategic thinking skills

- Excellent written and presentation skills

- Ability to collaborate actively & effectively on multidisciplinary teams

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapid growth environment

- Demonstrated experience of developing products from concept to launch

- A team player with passion, initiative, and leadership ability

Pluses

- Strong understanding of general data warehousing, dimensional modeling, and OLAP concepts

- Experience defining, developing and operating large-scale data warehouses for near real-time business intelligence

- Experienced in developing Business Intelligence solutions including reports and dashboards, preferably with the Microsoft BI stack

- Familiarity with one or more of the leading BI tools - Hyperion, Microstrategy etc.

- MBA degree

- Experience in a SaaS or packaged software company

- Experience working with agile software development methods

- Experience with CRM solutions

- Familiarity with Web 2.0 technologies (e.g., HTML5, Ajax)

- Familiarity with leading mobile platforms (iOS, Android)
