A LEADING INVESTMENT BANKING IS LOOKING FOR SR MANAGER MORTGAGES FULFILMENT FULFILLMENT

Designation: Senior Manager, Mortgages Fulfilment

Exp: Minimum 10 years leading large operational teams (200 plus)

This role has direct accountability of the end to end Mortgages Fulfillment / on boarding function within the Bangalore campus. This includes functions right from Document Preparation through to deposit of funds into customer accounts and execution of settlement.

- The role is accountable for management of over 200 FTE executing these functions and is expected to deliver seamlessly all operational metrics including but not exclusively Productivity improvements of 10% per annum, Quality at 99% accuracy and consistent delivery against all customer Sal’s. The role is expected to also play a key strategic part in delivering the national econveyancing platform into operations which will fundamentally change the way Mortgages are fulfilled.
