About Our Client

Our client is a large MNC Financial Services firm with significant growth plans for the India region, our client is embarking on the next stage of the development of their Global Shared Service Centre based out of Delhi NCR. As part of growth of their captive centre, they are looking for an Senior Manager - Marketing Analytics to lead their analytics team based out of Delhi NCR supporting global geographies. They are looking for a highly talented, innovative and collaborative leader to grow the team of analytics professionals.

Job Description

- Effectively managing a team of 10 to 12 people focused on evaluating, recommending and implementing business strategies.

- Providing thought leadership in all aspects of marketing analytics, retention analytics, customer service analytics and sales enablement etc.

- Scan the global market and present what best in class companies are doing in the analytics area

- Develop possible hypothesis and areas to be probed.

The Successful Applicant

- Full time MBA degree from top B School with around 8-10 years of work experience (preferably from IIMs,ISB,MDI,NMIMS,IITs etc.)

- Extremely high Problem Solving Skills, having consistently demonstrated in work experience

- Extremely comfortable with working with large data sets, and bringing out insights from Data.

- Well versed with SAS and statistical modelling techniques

- Professional workex primarily in Analytics companies or Inhouse Analytics Units or Strategy Consulting + Analytics experience only.
