Sr. Manager - Knowledge Management / Tech Training
Location : Gurgaon
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. An out-of-the-box thinker committed towards the growth of people within the organization
2. Development and delivery of knowledge management training material
3. Liaison with all teams across the organization providing service, advice and guidance on the knowledge
sharing
4. Support and facilitate the development and implementation of knowledge and information management and sharing processes, so that teams exploit the KM tools and techniques available
5. Plan, coordinate and monitor progress of development projects which support the roll-out of planned knowledge management systems across the organization
6. Develop and deliver training programs which encourage and facilitate knowledge sharing behaviors, and train employees in proper use of knowledge tools, techniques and best practice.
7. Establish strong relationships with users and stakeholders to identify knowledge management needs/requirements
8. Managing the Tech Sales training and knowledge base for the company’s internal competency building
9. Mange the in-house pool of Sales & Communication trainers & Knowledge Management team
10. Identifying gaps areas, creating modules and delivering strategic management developmental programs
11. Implemented the Train the Trainer & Certifications process for In-house & vendor partner trainers
12. Audit Training effectiveness of trainers in order to excel in program deliverables
13. Designing and conducting the TTT program for in house and Vendor trainers.Monitoring the OJT/Transition phase of the trainees. Closely monitoring their performance and identifying the gaps in training if any.
14. Developing complete Learning Management Systems and Assessments pools, also managing the assessment calendars for in house trainings and vendors.
15. Managing the entire Virtual Infrastructure (based on VMWare ESX) for creating LAB scenarios during the training sessions
16. Will be responsible for initiating an online portal for Learning and Development, so that information is available in a centralized location and is available 24x7.
17. Will be responsible for development & management of content for all business functions.
18. Will engage with the key stakeholders to conduct skills analysis, training need analysis and prioritise training
19. Select appropriate delivery channels, to effectively transfer skills to targeted audience
20. To ensure that content and context of all materials remains current and relevant for business needs.
QUALIFICATIONS AND / OR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- MCSE, CCNA, any other technical certification
- Strong Content Development & Presentation Skills
- 7-9 years of experience in learning and development or Technical training environment.
- Ability to work independently with high level of motivation and service mindset
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact well with people of all levels
- Core Area of expertise. (but not limited to)
- Operating Systems : Windows XP, 2000, ME, 98.
- Software : Support for all major Software including Norton, Microsoft Office.
- Networking : Routers and Small home and office networks.
- Hardware: Desktop PCs, Laptops, Video Cards, Sound Cards, Ethernet Cards,
- Internal CD/DVD Readers, Internal CD/DVD Writers, Internal IDE
- Hard Drives
