Process Owner (Sr. Group Manager) Healthcare Competitive and Scientific Intelligence

Job Profile

- Role would largely be around leading the consumer healthcare Competitive and Scientific Intelligence team of 30 FTEs at the KC

- Role would be focused in managing the work done by the team on 'business research'/ competitive and scientific intelligence, gathering 'market intelligence' in the consumer healthcare industry.

- Reward and recognition for employee motivation

- Appraisals, retention and recruitment

- Business Presentations/Process Overviews to prospective & existing clients

- Responsible for leading a team of analysts, planning for their career development, managing expectations, setting goals, and ensuring low attrition.

- Training needs analysis

- Team Handling / Client engagement

Knowledge/Qualifications:

- More than 8 years experience & preferably more 5 years in the knowledge off-shoring business

- Post graduate in management (MBA) / Phd

- Knowledge of the scientific and competitive intelligence domain and experience as a desk researcher including historical use of data sources such as Mintel, Datamonitor, Euromonitor, Factiva, Patent Information Sources, Scientific Publications, Clinical Trial Publications, Medical Information sources such as Medline and Embase, etc

- Experience in leading teams of size more than 20 people with excellent management skills

- A large amount Client facing experience (preferably having onsite experience)
