Sr Mgr/Circle HR Head - Mfg

Urgently looking for Senior Manager/ Circle HR head for a leading organization into Manufacturing/Product based.

Location: Jaipur

CTC: 20-22 Lac

- As a senior manager would be required to lead a circle.

- The individual should possess hands-on experience at handling end to end hr functions including expertise into PMS, Compensation, Employee relations and engagement.

Requirements for the role:

- Good academic record (Full time MBA) with 7-10 years of experience.

- Experience in PMS, Compensation.

- Skilled in creation of collaborative approach in the organization

- Should be future and result focused
