Sr Mgr/AVP - Comp & Benefits - BFSI

There is an urgent role came in for Compensation and benefit based in Mumbai. This role is of Senior Manager/AVP- Compensation and Benefit.

Location: Mumbai

Key Requirements:

- The role involves managing a wide gamut of activities in the C&B area including managing compensation for few lines of businesses within India, comp infrastructure maintenance, market assessments, compensation consulting and delivery.

Essential Skills:

- Should have a strong HR experience of at least 5-8 years, with at least 50% of the experience in managing compensation for medium to large companies.

- MBA from Tier-1 B-school Preferred.

- Certifications in C&B area would be added advantage.
