Sr Manager - Vendor Risk Management - BFSI

Job Description :

Reporting into the risk head, you would be part of the vendor risk management team and would primarily be responsible for assessing vendor risks in sourcing and monitoring vendors’ compliance with the organization’s control requirements. 

Your key responsibilities would include: 

- Manage the overall vendor risk management programme and ensure delivery of service risk assessment and vendor risk assessment

- Perform various assessments done by the group, including onsite review of governance level of vendors and its agenda / logistics 

- Oversee the reviews performed by other team members and ensure the service delivery meets the agreed quality parameters Advise vendors on control design and effectiveness 

- Work closely with Control functions on the topic of Vendor Risk 

The Successful Applicant  :

- You are a Qualified CA / MBA with 6+ years of experience within Vendor Risk Management or operational risk management 

- Prior experience of working in a financial services setup or with 3rd party captives supporting financial services clients is mandatory

- Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) or Certified Internal Auditors (CIA) would be preferred 

- Experience of conducting Risk Control Assessments (RCAs), providing expertise on various issues of Vendor Risk 

- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in tight deadlines are expected.
