Sr Manager - Tax & Regulatory - CA

The JD for the position:

- Assist clients with obtaining RBI approvals on issues related to FEMA

- Assist clients with Company Law and Labour Law legislations

- Dealing with government officials including MCA, RBI, PF, PT etc

- Preparing and reviewing reports

- Client relationship management

- Assist other departments by answering regulatory related queries

- Business development (targets set for manager level and above)

Qualification: CA

Experience: Relevant experience in Tax & Regulatory from a consulting firm.
