We have the following requirement - SENIOR MANAGER - SALES HR Pharma Mumbai
MBA HR Degree with 10-12 years of relevant experience; Sales experience will be beneficial
Role is
Lead a team of regional sales HR to partner closely with sales teams to improve work relationships, build engagement, increase productivity, attract and retain talent.
To drive and ensure implementation of and compliance to all HR processes, systems and policies in all zones
To collaborate with the IR expert and lawyers to resolve legal cases
Deal with complex disciplinary/grievance and HR issues, using HR and company knowledge evidencing appropriate decision making skills
Comp upto 20 lacs
