Title: Sr Manager HR (Sales HR)

Location: Mumbai

Key Responsibilities of the Role:

1. Recruitment and selection

- Coordinating, negotiating and liaisoning with employment and advertising agents on service fee, advertisement recruitment and interview schedules.

- Conducting interviews up to senior executive levels.

- Arranging interviews for management levels.

- Preparing letter of offer to selected candidates and letter of rejection to unsuccessful candidates.

- Conducting exit interview.

2. Training and development

- Conducting orientation program for the new employees.

- Coordinating and liaisoning with external consultants on employees- training needs and arranges training schedules for employees.

- Evaluating the effectiveness of the respective training programs by obtaining feedback from employees.

3. Compensation and benefits

- Attending to employees- grievances and complaints; providing guidance if necessary.

- Providing feedback to the management to enhance a better and cordial working environment.

- Organizing corporate events such as company's dinner, corporate trip, family day etc.

4. HR Administration

- Reviews, updates and maintaining proper filing of insurance policy, HR handbook, performance appraisal form and training schedules.

- Assisting in planning and preparing annual headcount report and updating the organization chart.

- Taking care of Office Administration activities

5. HR Management

- Yearly manpower planning and expansion.

- Assists in drafting out annual letter and promotion letter.

- Administers the HR procedures are adhered to.

- Handling monthly payroll and yearly forms for employees

- Managing and appraising subordinates- performance and their career advancement

Education:

PG- MBA/PGDBM
