Senior Manager applicant with an exposure to FMCG / TELECOM in national / international SALES FORCE Automation .

This will be a PAN -India role and I am looking for a candidate with excellent communication skills and hands on experience in SALES & DISTRIBUTION management plus IT Automation of S&D

Education : Educated from Premiere B -School with CONSULTING expereince in BIG 4 or other MNCs.

Work Ex : 3-7 Years

Salary is OPEN for a right candidate who matches the skills required to run the SHOW with a maximum cap of 23 LPA ( non negotiable)

Location is GURGAON with a leading telecom operator .

Joining TIME : ASAP /(15-30 Days )

Basic JOB Description :

- It is a strategic profile working with the top management

- Work on field to build up masters of Mkt facing actors.

- Coordination with IT team on daily basis on keeping a close monitoring on development

- Coordination with circle sale and distribution team for preparation of PILOT

- ensuring that correct beat level retailer wise data is uploaded in portal for master management

- Build Masters

- Drive both internal and external certification on Process compliance

- Conceptualize, develop and implement process to enhance associate’s competitive edge

Major Challenges :

- Cross Function Team : Coordinate team for delivery across various stakeholders.
