Client : A Telecom Giant , Corporate Office

JOB Description :

- A Sales & Distribution CANDIDATE with IT Flair

- Work on field to build up masters of Mkt facing actors.

- Coordination with IT team on daily basis on keeping a close monitoring on development

- Coordination with circle sale and distribution team for preparation of PILOT

- Ensuring that correct beat level retailer wise data is uploaded in portal for master management

Build Masters

- Drive both internal and external certification on Process compliance

- Conceptualize, develop and implement process to enhance associate’s competitive edge

Major Challenges :

- Cross Function Team : Coordinate team for delivery across various stakeholders.

Decision level

- Prime: Final Decision Making authority, accountable to the Management

- Analysis of data and conclusions there off

- Applications of tools to conclude/converge on the RCA's

- Internal and external audits
