Sr Manager Risk

- Develop and maintain a best practice Risk Management Capability that is embedded across the business

- Develop and drive a sound, open and proactive risk culture, working closely and collectively with functional units to support management in ensuring their key risks are identified, assesses, reported and managed

- Ensure that effective risk management framework is established and implemented to comply with the Group, international and statutory risk management standards to include:

- Company's risk appetite

- Capture, quantification and reporting of risk losses

- Assisting management in assessing, quantifying, and mitigating risks

- Consideration and identification of emerging risks

- Ensure that comprehensive risk profiles are prepared and maintained in all aspects of business - investment, insurance, operations and strategy

- Ensure that relevant risk management information is regularly obtained to support decision-making and then transmitted to senior management

- Create and attend presentations for the Company's Risk Committee / Council. Ensure regular reviews on the risk profile of the organization

- Stay abreast of Regulatory Compliance guidelines and Corporate Governance framework. Develop and maintain an understanding of risk Management standards and best practice
 
Product and Regulatory Compliance

Risk Awareness

- Creating Risk Awareness in the company through training sessions,  Mailers, etc

- Ensure that all the employees in the company complete the Risk Awareness training
 
Reporting including MIS & Analytics

- To report to the Risk Management Council (Internal) and Risk Management Committee of Directors on regular basis on Risk Management Activities of the company.

- To develop and submit/publish regular MIS on various activities.
