Reporting To : AVP - Digital Marketing & E commerce

Formulate Online & Mobile Marketing Strategy :

- Formulate the organizations Digital & Mobile Media marketing strategy, media planning & implementation

- Build road maps for online brand development across

- Communication Development, Campaign Management and Operations

- Response Management from all campaigns

- Co-ordination with E-marketing Agency/s & relationship management

- Achieve lead generation and business targets

Achieve organizational and marketing objectives through :

- Expanding online & digital influence

- Manage & evolve the brand online for the organization

- Ensure build across categories like pension, protection, investments & health

- Ensure alignment to predetermined metrics

- Ensure all campaigns contribute to SEO and

- Achieve set targets - monthly/quarterly/annual rankings & volume

- Ensure proper media buys in line with the category & brand objective

- Monitor & optimize media campaigns using campaign management tools and analytics

Social Media Marketing :

- Develop & implement Social Media Marketing strategy

- Manage the social media marketing/viral initiatives & drive engagement activities

- Ensure KPIs for each social asset and maintain leadership on overall social space

- Build communities across platforms & enhance blogs & bloggers outreach

Content strategy and creative support for performance marketing & partners :

- Create a content curation and seeding strategy along with partners

- Ensure optimization of content in line with category needs and SEO metrics

- Provide support for performance marketing initiatives like email marketing, media buying, landing pages and content

- Ensure optimization of campaigns through Adobe campaign management tool
