Position: Sr.Manager - Marketing

Department: Marketing

Eligibility:

- MBA with 2~3 Yrs relevant experience

- Should have good oral and written communication skills

Responsibilities:

- Market share and leadership position

- Revenue and P&L – responsible to achieve annual revenues as well as deliver profitability

- Brand Equity – both qualitative and quantitative delivery of brand equity for the product portfolio and the group

- To create and manage world class real estate brands using advertising and other marketing tools

- To use various communication channels (Advertising, PR, Digital, Trade, BTL etc.) through various mediums to create enhanced target audience awareness of target brand attributes in cost effective fashion

- To provide adequate and fast market intelligence inputs for ensuring a robust pricing strategy and mechanism for each product on an ongoing basis

- To guide and manage partner agencies and execute 360o campaigns for brands
