Sr Manager - Marketing - Export - Automotive (6-13 yrs)
Key Deliverables:
- Brand Activation: Establishing the Brand /Product in target international market (brand strategy, strategic brand pivots, market prioritization & other demand generation activities).
- Brand Innovation: Responsible for innovation on the portfolio, in terms of line extensions / portfolio expansion. Building business models for new products. Lead a cross functional team (comprising of people from R&D, Business Finance, Marketing Research, Purchase, Packaging Development, Quality & Manufacturing).
- Copy Development: Understanding the Target Group- International market - Media and create marketing plan for various model.
- Marketing Research: Analyzing brand performance thru primary (self initiated MR for testing marketing mix elements & developing consumer understanding thru FGDs & consumer contacts) & secondary data sources & basis that develop brand activation plans for demand generation.
- Brand Activity : Create plans for ATL/BTL
- Consumer Understanding: Singularly responsible for building on the existing base of consumer understanding through consumer contacts & customized marketing research.
- Brand Health Monitoring: Tracking brand health scores & utilizing this information for devising anti-competition / brand activation plans.
- Marketing Budget & Control: Handle international marketing budget working with product, export sales & external agencies for advertising, media planning, activation and direct marketing support in located areas.
- Should have experience in Automobile and Exports
