Roles and Responsibilities:

- To be responsible for data sanitization and analysis on a regular basis across the seven leading cities in the country – Delhi-NCR, Mumbai, Bangalore, Pune, Chennai, Hyderabad and Kolkata

- To contribute to global and regional research deliverables – such as quarterly / bi-annual / annual market research reports, thought leadership whitepapers, sector / issue specific viewpoints

- To prepare and give regular client presentations

- To be responsible for handling paid research services for the organization – from daily operations, quality control to strategy level decision making

- To be briefly responsible for business development activities for the organization

Skill sets:

- Excellent communication and writing skills (mandatory)

- MS Office: Power Point, MS Word, Advanced MS Excel

Experience:

- Years: More than 4 years of relevant experience

- Experience in real estate consulting, research, capital markets in IPCs, business / investment strategy/ research/advisory role in private equity funds or developers

- Should have undertaken primary and secondary research in the real estate sector

Education:

- Post Graduate: masters from a premier college (MBA preferred)
