Our clients have a turnover exceeding Rs.6000 crores and headcount exceeding 2500. Our clients seek to recruit dynamic & experienced legal professionals based in a major metro in Gujarat. The positions report to the Head-Legal. Our clients offer excellent salary/perks as per industry norms & commensurate with experience. As an overall company practice, the employment with on Direct Contract basis with our clients for 3 years & renewable after that based on performance.

Positions:

Sr. Manager (Legal): Minimum experience 12 years.

Qualification: 5 years Law Degree or Masters in Business Law.

Candidates with National Law University Background will be preferred. Experience required for working in Corporate Legal Department.

Should be proficient in handling of litigations, arbitration, corporate law matters, RTI, etc. Oil & gas experience preferred.

Knowledge/ fluency in Gujarati language is a must

Manager (Legal): Minimum experience: 9 years.

Qualification: same as above. Should have worked in a Corporate Legal Department and have understanding of legal matters, preparation of minutes of Board meetings, arbitrations etc.

Knowledge/ fluency in Gujarati language is a must
