The role will focus on two areas (M&A, Change Management) key elements which are
- Valuation of prospects, including DCF modelling, EPS accretion / dilution analysis
- Creating investment proposals with respect to potential acquisition opportunities
- Undertaking due diligence activities (financial, operations etc.)
- Conducting post-acquisition reviews on performance vs. pre-acquisition projections
- Maintain of corporate governance during the due diligence & acquisition process
- Manage stakeholder relationships
- Identify opportunities for improving the way we work & build a case for change
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with all members of the transaction team including Legal, Finance, Investor Relations and Tax.
- Lead large programmes and ensure benefit delivery as per financial / other targets
- Develop and coach operational managers, business stakeholders, project resources
- Ensure compliance with the standard ways of working
Preferred candidate profile
The ideal candidate will have experience in the following areas
- Lead workstreams on large M&A deals, managed small deals end to end
- Working with offshore / remote teams with multi-cultural stakeholder engagement
- Broader Consulting skills experience (Corporate strategy, Operating model)
- Experience in large transformation / change management initiatives
- Demonstrated track record of benefit delivery
- Exposure to Insurance broking / employee benefits businesses (Preferred)
Education
- Preferred MBA from a leading business school Qualifications in the following technical areas will be of added advantage - LEAN, Six Sigma, BPR - Project Management (PMP/ PRINCE2)
