Key responsibilities

Training and Assessments

Drive L&D Strategy : Create the L&D plan for the business in alignment with L&D strategy with implementation plans, training calendars, andmeasures for training effectiveness. Target as per T&D dashboardbenchmarks:

Projects/initiatives:

- OD interventions

- Learning and Development Strategy

- Lead knowledge management function for the company

- Provide leadership and be responsible for strategic planning, initiating and spearheading the training and development programs across the organization

- Develop knowledge management strategy and road map for implementation

- Create and sustain a learning culture across the organization

- Conceptualize;design and develop knowledge management platform/ tools to support business strategies and aligned to organizational objectives

- Knowledge of industry and business principles – understands the core business process and purpose of the functional area

- Periodically review, assess and continuously improve effectiveness of training plans and programs

Learning & Budget maintenance

- Management of the training budget

- Learning& Development-partner relationships

- Assists in managing external vendor relationships.

Leadership

- See,define and communicate future of Talent Development in the organization

- Mentor team members in order that they can deliver initiatives

- Work with leadership to leverage knowledge management to drive productivity and quality

Overall 6-8 years experience in areas described in the JD

1) Experience in deploying learning initiatives

2) OD interventions -Succession Planning, Executive coaching, Mentorship, Change Management, Leadership Development etc

3) Developing leadership development programs across the organization

4) Certifications in various soft skills areas; MBTI , profiling
