Work timings : 3 p.m. to 12 p.m.
Location : Mumbai, Bangalore & Pune (anyone of the location)

The incumbent will take the lead role in designing, developing & implementing learning interventions for employees & also lead the talent development interventions. This position reports to Director Human Resources.
Job Description :
- Develop and implement learning and development strategy for the organization in line with management competencies
- Develop and institutionalize competency frameworks, assessment of learning needs and training plans
- Develop learning modules and programs with internal resources and external agencies support
- Propose and manage L & D budgets
- Be responsible for organizational development initiatives
Skills/ Qualification/ Experience :
- Should have hands on experience on delivery and development of behavioral, communication and leadership training modules
- Should be conversant with delivery models, modes of training, cultural nuances and their implications
- Experience in implementing organization development interventions is desirable
- Ability to communicate and convince leadership
- Ability to build credibility with stakeholders and influence decisions at all levels
- Ability to develop, lead and manage teams
