We are hiring for "Senior Manager - Learning & Development" with one of our leading MNC Client in FMCG.

Experience: 8-16 Years in learning&development

Base Location:-Bangalore

Education: MBA/PGDM

Job Role:

- Incumbent should have very good exposure in creating learning organisation its include planning, designing and executing of L&D actitivies nationally.

- Responsible for entire L&D programs and drive strategic L&D activities across zones.

- Identifing training need and enhancing capability through conducting training session

- Improving efficiency of the training and development programs.

- To design, develop and execution of executive and leadership development programs.
