Sr Manager - IS - Business Application

Role Title - Senior Manager – Business Applications

Function - Information Solutions

Reporting To - Head – Business Applications

Location - Mumbai

Minimum Education

- Graduation : Science/Commerce Graduate or Post Graduate with FT Diploma in Systems & applications from premier institutes like NIIT

- Or Management degree (either full time or part time) from reputed management institute with IS project management experience and client management experience

Technical Qualifications and Knowledge - 10+ years IS experience out of which minimum 3 years in applications development

- Must have strong relationship building skills and interpersonal skill

- Absolutely essential is robust Project management and planning skills (PMI Certification is plus)

- Should have understating of various business automation like Data Warehouse, Business Intelligence, Workflow, Web technology, Mobile, Database etc

- Thorough knowledge about ERP/MRP systems. Hands on experience on at least one ERP/MRP application, preferably SAP

- Must have worked in Multinational company will be added advantage

- Language Proficiency : English, Hindi, Nice to have French

- Must have sense of urgency and customer focused (Customer Service Orientation)

- Strong Innovative attitude and adoption of new technologies

- Work with high level of integrity

- Must possess skill for fetching support and cooperation from internal as well as external services providers.

- Need problem solving, dynamic and can do attitude

- Display excellent communication skills specially English

- Execute with High sense of accountability and commitment
