Eligibility:
- PG in PM & IR / MBA (HR) , 4~10 Yrs of relevent experience in handling Plant HR / IR in a high capacity plant
- Should have good oral and written communication skills
Responsibilities:
Maintain and develop harmonious industrial relations within the function and ensure atmosphere of performance excellence; attract, retain and develop talent and utilize their full potential.
Ensure the wellbeing of employees and deploy IR processes in fair and transparent manner in line with the organization’s culture

- Ensure shop floor discipline & redress employee grievance
