Job Description for Sr Manager Industrial Relations
Industrial Relations:
- Maintaining cordial relationship between management and unions and liaising with local Government, Non-Govt. Organization and courts.
- Gathering formal and informal information from diverse sources for smooth function
- Resolving issues and problems of employee to discuss with the unions on various concerns and taking decisions on Employee Relations (Permanent & Contract Labour Unions).
- Resolving the grievances tactfully and implementing the timely effective redressal.
- Establishing a culture of trust, faith, co-operation & participative management through pro active approach.
- Coordinating with legal experts and concerned departments in various legal cases pertaining to the activities of the company matters.
- Ensuring Head Count is in place on the contractual manpower.
- To prepare budgets for Production Salaries and Wages as well as analyze trends in various components of wages. To prepare and monitor Factory HR budget
- Ensured for the domestic enquiries for workmen / employees in compliance with the legal procedures
- Had ensured compliance with all work norms and work practices for workmen as per SOP/ LTS.
- Had ensured implementation of all HR systems and policies in the factory
