Sr Manager - HR Business Partner - Sales & Marketing Vertical - Food Manufacturing Firm (7-11 yrs)
Hiring a Senior HR Manager for one of the Food Manufacturing Company based out in Mumbai.
Requirements :
- Candidates who are currently associated Sales driven organizations such as with Manufacturing, Consumer Durable, FMCG, Retail, Food Processing, Dairy & Agriculture, Pharma, Insurance etc would only be considered.
Location: Mumbai (Andheri West)
Qualification: Full-time MBA
Designation: Senior Manager HR (HRBP for Sales and Marketing)
Reports to: GM HR India
Exp: 7 to 12 years of Exp
Role :
- To handle all aspects of HR Starting from Recruitments till exit formalities.
- Handled all aspects of HR such as:
Organization Development :
- Assist in designing and developing HR strategy roadmap driving key business process transformation initiative.
- Support in designing and developing organization Vision, Mission, and Values, long-term goals, organization BSC (Balanced Scorecard).
Employee Engagement :
Developed and Launch Employee Referral Scheme & Applause Program Birthday / Anniversary celebrations, Organized Annual days, Festival contests and Quarterly chill out parties/picnics.
PMS (Performance Management System)
- Conceptualize Performance Management System for the group.
- Implemented & coordinate and complete appraisal system.
Recruitment / Compensation :
- Developing/implementing new recruitment policies.
- Manpower planning, salary negotiations, Exit Interviews, Choosing right medium of hiring (Consultants, Job Portals, References, Newspaper advertisements)
Joining / Induction / Transfer / Confirmation formalities :
- Issue Offer letter, Appointment letter, Transfer letter, Confirmation letter.
- Post joining formalities (Welcome kit, Infrastructure/facilities management, e-mail creation, Checking all pre-joining documents, Documentation and employee file creation).
Training and Development :
- Identify and develop appropriate Learning & Development programs to facilitate implementation of change management initiatives and career management.
- Develop training contents and facilitate training.
- Online MIS (Management Information System)
- Development & Testing of Online MIS software.
- Define responsibilities for online MIS.
