Sr Manager / HR Business Partner
- A post graduate in HR with atleast 8 yrs of experience in handling HR for a business unit (a group of verticals / department)
- Should be well versed in all HR areas incl. hiring, talent management, development, PMS etc. (a HR generalist)
- Should have worked in org. with healthy HR practices including robust processes of selection/interviewing , performance management etc..
