Sr Manager/Director - Peoplesoft/Oracle Ebiz Consulting

Our client a leading IT MNC is looking out for candidates with experience in Oracle eBusiness / Peoplesoft consulting.

Job Description :

- Responsible for execution of large consulting projects in Peoplesoft / Oracle eBusiness applications.

- Develop roadmaps, program plans, execute health checks & due diligence, make recommendations, etc.

- Engage with CxOs and develop customer relationships and earn their trust

- Develop and execute IT strategy for client operations

- Advising clients on leading practices, process & policy changes, governance & compliance and implementation options as they relate to Oracle E-Business Suite.

- Re-designing and standardizing key business processes

Desired Profile :

- In depth expertise in one or two domains, with familiarity in at least one more domain. Eg. Financials & Projects, with familiarity in SCM; SCM & Manufacturing, with familiarity in EAM / CRM, etc.

- Has been hands-on in delivery of large, complex, global engagements

- Strong expertise in at least one product stack, with familiarity in at least one more

- Exhibits a consulting flair / strong market-facing qualities
