Sr Manager/Chief Manager - Product Manager - Process Improvement - Bank (3-10 yrs)
Position : Product Manager - Process Improvement
Grade : Sr. Manager / Chief Manager ( As per Experience )
Location: Mumbai
Job Responsibilities :
- Identification of new Retail Banking product opportunities across customer segments
- Product development - process design and improvement
- Initiating process improvements activities for development of bank and enhancing effective customer service.
- Product management - profitability, business volumes & participating in the development and execution of product as well as marketing strategies, for the assigned set of brands
- Monitoring the overall functioning of processes, identifying improvement areas and implementing adequate measures to maximize customer satisfaction level.
- Devising marketing material to promote various Retail Banking products such as Accounts & Deposits, Loans, Insurance, Investments, Cards etc. and use of alternate channels viz Phone banking, Emailer etc.
- Assisting the sales team, resolution of customer queries and running various projects/initiatives to improve the productivity of sales workforce.
Experience & education:
- The candidate should be an MBA from a premier B-school with about 3-10 years of experience in banking, telecom, retail, FMCG or durable industry.
Key traits of the person should be:
- Analytical and ability to swift through complex data.
- Creative marketing resource with exposure to different channels.
- Exposure to below the line marketing channels
- Sales and Marketing experience having handled a large base of customers
- Ability to put a structure and process to blue sky thought.
- Go-getter and never say die attitude.
