Sr Manager - Business Planning & MIS - Real Estate (7-15 yrs)
Looking for Sr Manager Business planning & MIS (CA)(SAP) with 8 + yrs of experience in business planning, forecasting & analysis for one of the leading Real estate developer in Mumbai.
Job Responsibility :
Business Review and Reporting :
- Performance analysis, variance analysis Vs Budget
- Compiling and summarizing Monthly Information System
- Tracking financials of projects against Business case and Budget
- Consolidation of financials for Business Plan
Forecasting and Decision Support :
- Creating and maintaining database of information required for supporting Business Decision Making
- What if analysis and regular updating of the same.
- Rolling financial forecasting
- Identifying early warnings through detailed data analysis
Funding, Board and Investor Support :
- Data pack from IR standpoint and regular update to the same.
- Board presentation, Investor presentation and Press release every quarter.
- Support for QIP/other funding related documentation in terms of data required in the respective document/s
Process improvements and Automation :
- Leading the automation initiatives for Business planning/ rolling forecasts / dashboards and What- if analysis. etc.
- Driving Initiatives for management control/ efficiency improvement e.g. Working capital related initiative- Inventory, Cash flow etc.
