Senior Manager Business HR for a fast paced Company in the Internet space.
- Responsible for the full scope of HR functions and activities for Sales, Support Functions teams, including talent acquisition, Business HR Partnership, talent management, learning and development and employee engagement.
- Partner closely with respective Businesses for various HR initiatives to help them build a world class team.
- Complete ownership of all HR interventions (to support the business agenda), from strategy to implementation.
- Responsible for entire Talent Acquisition (Campus and Lateral)
- Responsible for compensation and Benefits for your respective business unit.
- Responsible for driving the learning and development agenda viz. Webinars, Conferences, trainer led training programmes etc.
- Drive performance management across the business unit and work towards process improvements
- Lay out Talent management and engagement plan for the associates including things like hi-potential identification, career progression, grades and promotions etc.
- Design and implement best-practices in all facets of HR like Talent Acquisition, HR policies, performance Management and reward & recognition strategies.
- Willing to be "Hands-on", Team Player , Strong communicator
- Ability to influence and resolve controversial, high-impact human resources issues
- Ability to be flexible and adapt quickly to changing business needs, and possess a drive towards making things happen.
- Demonstrates critical thinking, judgment, coaching and influencing skills

- Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic and fast paced matrix structured organization
Candidate Requirement :
- MBA- HR from full time course of only premier institute like XLRI, TISS, MDI, SCMHRD, IMT etc.
- Relevant experience with Companies with good HR practice
