Sr Manager - BDM - Key Accounts (10-14 yrs)
Job Description – BDM – Key client Account
- 10-12 Years of experience in consulting domain. Preferably from any background, BIG 4,ex consumer market industry sales, ex- Accenture, IBM Account/Pre sales lead (Indian market experience)
- Pre sales experience-Ability to forge alliances/leverage experience in consumer market industry. Must be conversant in core consumer market speaks.
- Account Management –Ability to ideate along with Account team in/what’s next in the sector.
- Excellent networking skills – Expectation is not only to maximize value in existing relations but also to develop new relationships.
- Should be able to articulate Consulting solutions to client scenarios
- Top level stake holder engagement – Ability to hold conversations in specific sectors with senior stakeholders
- Good business acumen. Ability to develop tailor made solutions that meet client requirements
- Resourcing – Identify right skills that are needed to be presented to client.
- Should be able to conduct/coordinate client workshops and events as part of account development
- FMCG domain experience is important
- Familiar with solutions in the area of IT/Finance Transformation, Project Management, Supply chain and Information Management.
- Knowledge/Ability of BIG 4 working.
- Postgraduates / Professionals from Premiere Institutes
Location - Mumbai or Banaglore
Travel- As needed
