Sr Manager/AVP - Human Resources - BFSI

We are looking at Sr/Mgr or AVP level resource for corporate office of a leading client in BFSI sector at Mumbai,

Candidate profile and role:

- Process Champion: Managing and streamlining various HR for bringing more efficiencies and controls

- Creating and managing key programs: End to end PMS cycle aligned with group entity, focusing on quality & objectivity of the exercise

- Creating process around better employees onboarding and life cycle experience

- R & R framework to drive company’s core values

- Need identification & creating a robust framework around L&D requirements

- Employee communication & Value proposition

- Change management from HR perspective

- Employee engagement strategy

Candidate’s profile:

- MBA from a reputed college with an experience of 8-12 years

- Exposure to BFSI Industry, preference will be given to Insurance

- Strong domain knowledge

Skills : Dynamic, Creative, should have strong influencing abilities.
