Designation - Senior Manager / Associate Director (Transaction Advisory Services)

Experience - 8+ years of professional experience in corporate restructuring, investment banking, and/or consulting or corporate positions with a financial or accounting focus.

Qualification: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Create and develop a business rehabilitation plan to maximize profitability.

- Design, negotiate and implement a financial restructuring plan.

- Identify sources of new capital, particularly through refinancing.

- Planning, Formulation and Execution of Various Corporate Restructuring Strategies - Mergers, Acquisitions, Takeovers, Disinvestments and Strategic Alliances, Demerger and Hiving off

- Evaluate financial and operating results of corporate to develop potential leads.

- Demonstrate an intermediate level of experience with a number of the following areas:

- Analysis of financial statements and preparation of financial models including integrated 3-statement financial models

- Understanding of the bankruptcy process

- Understanding of the key operational performance drivers of a business

- Ability to extract useful information from large sets of unorganized or incomplete data

- Assist clients with obtaining RBI approvals on issues related to FEMA

- Assist clients with Company Law and Labour Law legislation

- Dealing with Government officials including MCA & RBI

- Uses problem solving skills to provide alternative solutions to complex issues

- Confident speaker & presenter (can communicate with personnel at all levels)

- Shows potential to develop a network of restructuring industry contacts (attorneys, bankers, etc.

Skills:

- Excellent written & verbal communication

- Excellent managerial skills

- Maintaining & building good client relationships

- Strong Technical base in the area of operation (Direct Tax, Companies Act, SEBI, FEMA, Stamp Duty laws, Valuations, etc.

- Ability to work under pressure & handling multiple assignments

- Good with making presentations

- Commercial awareness, Economy/Industry Knowledge and Trend
