Purpose of the Role
To help Company become a largest & most profitable company in select areas of Railways i.e. RCF/ICF/DLW/DMW/CLW by :-
1. Continuously increasing share of Business in existing parts.
2. Relentlessly pursuing new Parts/Customers for breakthroughs.
3. Scanning environment continuously to identify new business & new platform opportunities i.e. Metros/HSR/Raid Rail/Mono Rail etc.
4. Exploring export markets for developing Key Entry Strategies.
5. Helping establish Company as a Key Supplier to Indian Railways

Minimum Requirement
A mechanical Engg Graduate with a MBA in Marketing Management from India/Abroad. Work experience of at least 15 Years of which at least 3 years should be as Railways Marketing Head of Medium Sized Company having multiple Key Accounts.
The incumbent in his earlier stint should have helped in developing the new Products for his company or should have enhance business share in existing parts.
