Job Role

1. Responsible for Service Delivery, driving SLA metrics, and providing leadership in dealing with overall operational and client issues. Ensuring that the clients of the business group are satisfied with the division's performance.

2. Working with Division Head in developing, directing key strategies that provide the highest level of improvement to processes and service delivery. Responsible for Operational Excellence & Process improvement initiatives & implementations.

3. Managing team functions and utilizations viz. manpower planning, facilitate recruitment, selection, induction, performance appraisal and training, etc in line with overall business goals.

4. Responsible for performance management of the team members through effective key performance indicators, goal and target settings as appropriate.

5. Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organizations mission -- specifically, support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning.

6. Play a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence.

7. Manage Transition of new clients, redesigning of process, identify process transformation opportunities & projects.

Basic Educational Qualification - Commerce Graduate (Bcom), M Com, Inter CA/ CA, ICWA

Desired Experience (yrs.):-8-10 years of experience in F&A vertical, Min 4- 6 years in managerial role in a large F&A BPO

Preferred Age Group (yrs):-30 to 45 years

Preferred industry background:- F&A BPO with large scale operations

Essential Attributes/Competencies / Skills

1. Excellent knowledge of MS Office - Excel, Word, PowerPoint

2. Excellent communication skills (both verbal & written)

3. Experience in Project Management, Six Sigma and other Quality tools & techniques

4. Should be able to work with a multicultural team and have excellent interpersonal skills

5. Should be able to multitask, as well as set priorities and meet deadlines

6. Demonstrated leadership and vision in managing staff groups and major projects or initiatives.

7. Excellent people manager, open to direction and collaborative work style and commitment to get the job done

8. Ability to challenge and debate issues of importance to the organization.

9. Delegate responsibilities effectively

10. High comfort level working in a diverse environment

Reporting to:-General Manager- OPearations

Span of control :-Capable of managing a team of 40-50 members independently

Shift Timings: Rotating 3 shifts Including night shift
