Sr Legal Officer - Agro Trading

We are looking for a Sr. Legal Officer for a leading Agro-trading global organization based in Dubai.

Qualification: LLB with Company Secretary (CS)

Experience: 5-10 years

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for managing the borrowings and legal team in reviewing, negotiating and executing the finance facility and security documents.

- Manage engagements with external advisors, including financial and legal professionals and to optimize the legal costs.

- Advise the Treasury team on the legal aspects of the negotiation of borrowing plans.

- Advise and manage any potential litigation arising in context of finance facilities.

- Support the legal team in managing the legal aspects.

- Monitor overall indebtedness of the Group and related compliances. Complete the administrative tasks related to the above responsibilities.
