WE HAVE A VACANCY FOR SENIOR MANAGER HR IN A REPUTED FMCG COMPANY, ALSO MNC.
We are looking for PREMIER B school candidates only who are 2004/ 2005 passouts ONLY from premier B schools like TISS, SIBM, XLRI, SP Jian, Jamnalal Bajaj, IMT ghaziabad, ISB and IIMs. Please apply if have have 8 to 9 yrs experience post MBA from manufacturing sector ONLY and have experience in handling plant HR, supply chain / operations functions

Purpose of the Job:

- To provide a comprehensive HR framework, developing the people strategy and processes aligned to the business objectives to ensure strategic business outcomes are achieved for the Supply Chain and Technical organization (Supply Chain – Manufacturing, Engineering, Planning, Sourcing, Demand Management, Projects; Technical – Quality, R&D, Regulatory, Toxicology, Packaging, Support to Market and Technical Transfer)

- To support line managers in aligning business and employee objectives using strong consultation skills and appropriate HR interventions and employee engagement tools.

- To act as an internal consultant and change agent to ensure cultural and organizational initiatives are understood and accepted, ensuring overall HR effectiveness.

- To lead the Total Rewards for Consumer business.

- To evolve the existing Talent Acquisition and Performance Management processes for the consumer business as a specialist in the area to higher levels.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Formulate HR strategy to meet the HR challenges and opportunities for the SCM and Technical

- Be an active business partner through the development of appropriate organization architecture (structure and roles)

- Assess competence / talent risks within the organization and develop steps to mitigate them

- Ensure a robust pipeline of leadership talent through the talent management system

- Ensure ‘key talents’ are identified and their development plans implemented

- Ensure training and development strategy for the organization is in place and monitor key development metrics

- Develop succession plan for critical positions within the organization and drive their development

- Establish processes for talent identification and development for ‘specialists’

- Focus on development of leaders to lead multiple brands and teams

- Focus on Organization Development initiatives in line with group norms and unit requirements

- Embed a performance driven culture to enable the organization to achieve business objectives and ensure transparency of process

- Implement reward and recognition program in line with business and function requirements

- Lead the team to design, innovate and implement employee engagement initiatives, anchor the employee engagement survey, design progressive HR practices basis the outcomes and ensure high engagement scores

- Responsible for the talent acquisition process, innovative sourcing strategy, quality of talent inflow, controlled recruitment cost, track of manpower cost and headcount

- Closely partner with the business function/s in driving the organization wide change management programs / initiatives.

- Lead the Total Rewards for the Consumer business in India and work closely with the AP TR team to evolve the C&B practices in India.

- As a specialist, continue to evolve the Talent Acquisition and Performance Management processes for the Consumer Business including the S&M organization, apart from SCM and Technical organization.

- The role requires regular interaction with the leadership team to ensure delivery of HR processes by positively influencing them. The role requires interacting with cross functional teams for understanding the business imperatives across the SCM and Technical organization.

Skill Sets required:

- Should have worked with companies which are known to have set or follow world class practices in areas such as talent management, succession planning and performance management for at least 2-3 years in overall experience.

- Should have relevant implementation experience – includes roll out of large scale HR initiatives involving diverse stake holders and complex environments

- Experience in dealing with diverse set of people along with understanding the sensitivity involved in dealing with them.

Reporting Relationships:

Reports to (Role): HR Head of the Consumer Business

Qualification:

Education: MBA in HR from premier institute

Need MBA in HR from 2004 OR 2005 batch from PREMIER INSTITUTE ONLY like TISS, XLRI, SIBM and IIMs ONLY

Experience: At least 8 years of experience including at least 4 years of team management and SCM business partnering role
