Job Title: Sr. Human Resources Manager			  Reports To: SVP of HR & Administration		  Department: Human Resources  Location: Bengaluru, India  Company: Product development   Summary:   - This Sr. Human Resource professional acts in a management capacity overseeing key HR functions and processes within the company. These include but are not limited to: employee benefits, awards and recognition, internship program, compensation, performance management and the HRIS.   - Essential Job Specific Duties include the following. Confronts problems in a positive manner.   Education/Experience Required:  - Undergraduate degree required and a masters degree in OD, HR or a related field is highly desirable.   - Must have 10+ years of progressively responsible and broad HR experience in a corporate environment with at least 8 yrs as a full personnel manager.   - Responsibilities much have included: Benefits management, HRIS management, and in-depth employee relations experience.   - Must have demonstrated expertise in management consulting, problem solving, strategic thinking and delivery of high quality results.  Computer Skills:   - Advanced experience with Ms Office and some 3rd party reporting software is required. Must have advanced user experience with an integrated HRIS system as well as some relational database software such as Access or Lotus Notes.   Training:   - Must have successful experience doing classroom training or regular group presentations on HR related issues.   Interpersonal Skills:   - Must have highly sensitized interpersonal skills and the ability to interact successfully with people and groups across all levels of the organization.   - Must be able to develop trust in any audience, maintain credibility and utilize discretion to the highest levels.
