Position: Senior HR Manager

Scope & Responsibilities

- Overall responsibility for the HR operations.

- Provide HR insights and solutions to business challenges. Bring intellectual rigor to decision making processes.

- HR expert - Facilitate One HR solutions across the IR HR system to ensure end-to-end HR service delivery. Apply experience in HR technical areas (talent management, total compensation, leadership bench strength, OD, etc.) to increase organizational performance.

- Workforce and environment champion - Identify the cultural requirements and behavioral norms necessary to achieve business objectives. Monitor and actively support diversified thinking and inclusive behavior to ensure optimal outcomes are consistently achieved.

- To plan, direct, and provide both strategic and tactical HR leadership to the Engineering Center - Bangalore. This role will primarily support the transformation and creation of a highly effective world-class Global Engineering & Technology organization through the implementation of formal organizational assessment, training, development, staffing, talent management, compensation practices and employee engagement.

- Collaborate with the learning & development team and business leaders to ensure all initiatives related to organization capability building, competency deepening, succession planning, etc at the site are executed as per plan and within the defined timelines.

- Review compensation & benefits structure including variable pay plan to ensure C&B implementations are in line with business strategies.

- Ensure consistent application of policies, procedures, and practices.

- Partner with the Talent Acquisition COE for successful achievement of recruitment metrics.

- Understand requirements for technical career progression in an R&D environment and guide the people development & staffing process

- Improve Employee Engagement Continuously

- Establish connect with the business heads and quickly address all HR issues related to their respective functions thus leading to higher customer satisfaction.

- Partners with the organization leadership team to develop and deploy the appropriate training curriculum and certification process that builds engineering functional competencies.

Location: Chennai, India.

Education: MBA/ MSW in HR. (One of the top institute)
