Sr Finance Manager - US GAAP - IT

Position: Sr. Manager (Finance/Accounting & Reporting – CA CPA, US GAAP)

Experience: 10 + years of post qualification

Qualification: CA & CPA (Mandatory)

Location: Mumbai

Job Desciption:

- Manages the general accounting function, concerning primarily the accuracy and maintenance of the ledger accounts and the resultant financial statements.

- May participate in the most complex general accounting projects. Responsible for the direct supervision of the general accounting staff.

- Understands relevant business issues and the organization's operating procedures and connects these to work priorities.

- Defines the goals and objectives of an immediate work group.

- Work is performed with minimal direction and reviewed by senior management.

- Provides solutions to a diverse range of complex problems

- Manage the month end closing process for global projects.

- Responsible for the revenue accounting treatment and the financial activities related to the global projects.

- Preparation of global reconciliations, identify and investigate all material differences.

- Provide technical guidance on revenue recognition treatment in accordance with US GAAP.

- Responsible for maintaining documentation of processes, internal controls and managing the ongoing SOX compliance requirements
