Sr Consultant/Manager - Pharmaceuticals

Job Profile:

- Consulting in the Operations Practice for the Pharmaceutical sector which would include assignments in areas of Quality & Business Process Improvement

Profile Brief:

- 5 to 12 years of relevant work experience

- Procurement and management of inventory levels of indirect materials used in distribution in the pharmaceutical sector

- Evaluating MIS reports for DMAIC in all aspects for continuous process improvement

- Process improvements & cost optimization across the supply chain. Adherence to budgeted cost (CAPEX / OPEX) and timelines

- Good understanding of the key business processes in the domain area is desirable.

- Have excellent communication skills Written, Oral, and Presentation.

- High degree of data research and analytical skills.

- Ability to manage ambiguity.

- Be willing to travel.

- Good team member and should be able to relate to situations and people.

- High level of confidence and comfortable in interacting with all levels in the hierarchy.
